Valuation

A real estate agent holding a floor plan and banknotes, symbolizing property investment and transactions.

At Ingeniería Planco, we conduct valuations of real estate and assets with the technical expertise that only a firm with more than 25 years of direct experience in construction, infrastructure, and industrial projects can provide.

Our professionals hold current certifications from the Venezuelan Society of Valuation Engineers (SOITAVE), a professional association affiliated with the Venezuelan College of Engineers that regulates the practice of valuation in the country. We also hold the relevant certifications from the Superintendency of Banking Sector Institutions (SUDEBAN), an autonomous agency in Venezuela responsible for regulating, supervising, inspecting, and monitoring the country’s banks and other financial institutions.

These accreditations allow us to issue valuation reports that are fully valid from both a technical and legal standpoint. Furthermore, our experience in cost estimation, technical inspection, and project management provides a direct advantage when conducting valuations.

We are not a financial firm; we are engineers who analyze the true value of a real estate asset, regardless of its stage of construction or level of development.
