Forensic analysis of impacts on schedules

To determine the causes of engineering and procurement impacts, possible construction delays, assess whether changes are justified, and fairly allocate responsibility for costs related to delays, among other things.

Cost analysis

It allows to quantify and justify the economic losses suffered by one of the parties involved in a project.

Preparation of claims

Includes analysis of time extensions and determination of financial compensation, review of information and quantities, among others.

Cause and effect analysis

It allows for the precise determination of the factor or set of factors that caused the damage or defect in the construction in order to establish liability. It also allows for the assessment of damages, among other things.

Productivity analysis

It allows for the evaluation of the efficiency with which tasks were executed on a project, the evaluation of causes or impacts to determine responsibilities, among other things.
